I initiated the e-bay return process. Modern Pawn, owned by Tony Everett, procrastinated and obstructed the return process, he cut off communication with me and E-bay. E-bay intervened in the claim. I eventually got the original purchase price refunded. But Modern Pawn did not reimburse my return postage cost. A violation of E-bay policy. I lost $22 to return mis-represented, broken merchandise. AVOID!

It seemed fine until we tried to drive it over the pass and the transmission went out. Transmission shop says it had to have been a problem for quite some time and Alex just laughed about it.
