We used Thomas' Family Apparel for all our bridal party needs. After looking over color swatches and sample dresses, I ordered my blush colored bridesmaid dresses with the help of Paul and Cindy. The dresses came within 4-6 weeks and were the perfect color. The sizes were based off the bridesmaids' measurements and only needed minor alterations. Paul helped with choosing suit colors. With all his years of experience, Paul suggested colors based on what looks best and stands out in photos. He had on-trend styles of suits, shoes, and even socks to go with. The groomsman were fitted in the store, ensuring everyone looked their best for our big day. Paul is great to work with! My fiancé found her wedding dress here at a very good price and after shopping around at other stores I found some great shirts and vests for my groomsmen here. Paul and his staff were very patient with us, easy to work with, and quick to place orders. After I spoke with him about rescheduling our wedding, he allowed us to keep the rented bow ties and pocket squares for a few months more at no additional cost! Very poor! They don't inform you of their policies and don't give you any money or credit back when you don't pay all the dress off. I asked why they don't inform their customer's of this and the owner replied they are not a lawyer's office and people need to ask. They are very dishonest for hiding information and not informing people of their policies. read more

I used them for all my bridal apparel and had nothing but trouble. I ordered 6 bridesmaids dresses and not one of them fit. I am not talking a little alteration, they needed major altering and guess what the alterations are not included in the $158.00 price tag on the dresses. They are seperate , running from $50.00-100.00 extra. I had 2 girls that could not even get into theirs, and ten told one had a defect so no extra material was there. My wedding was in Vegas, and an hour before the ceremony, two zippers broke and we had to cut holes in them to make them work by tearing bows and laces from other girls dresses, then no pictures of my girls after the wedding cause dresses were so tight they were getting sick from them. When Thomas's confronted hey basically blamed it on the manufacture and took no responsibility. I called manufacture, so still working with them. I am not happy after spending well over $2500.00 in their store and being treated poorly. When Mr.s Thoams divorced his wife, he also divorced good customer service and accepting responsibility. It's too bad. I hope someone opens up a bridal store and takes away some of his little monopoly he has going on. read more

So i went to find a gown and she asked me what i was looking for so i told her she took me to the dressing room and brought in some gowns non that i was licking. She started getting frustrated and told me to go look my self so i pulled two gowns and the second one i tried on was comfy and pretty. So feeling a lil presured i bought it. i was looking on the internet 25 days later and came across a gown that made my heart skip a beat. So i called in to see if i can return it and they told me no i can just come get the dress that i was screwed not once was it mentioned to me that if i bought the gown they dont take returns they still have and always had the gown no cleaning or fittings nothing ( first time bride). so i talk to the owner and hes telling me the same thing and that i shoild have asked about there policies and was saying one in eight brides this happens to. Sounds and feels like theft to me. So pretty much wear this gown or be out 600$. Not once did he ever say he could get me in any gown i want or try to help me out. I have not purchased another gown yet. Just im screwed read more
