When the appointment was made 2 days ago, they were told exactly what was happening and what tooth it is why couldn't they state then, that the specialist isn't in, so they wouldn't be able to help instead of giving him false hope and wasting our time. I really appreciated that they never rushed the process and waited until the timing was right. At our most recent visit, my son was finally ready for braces on his top teeth. They took his scans, and Dr. Thurman came in and did such a thorough job explaining exactly what needed to be corrected, what his treatment plan would look like, and what we could expect moving forward. Celina (or Selena) truly goes above and beyond to make you and your child feel comfortable and taken care of.
