I had a small credit on my account and asked them to refund the credit to me. I was told they would charge me a $1 fee to mail me a refund check. How can you charge someone to refund their money?. They recommended an overly complicated crown to address an old filling. I was able to go to another dentist and get the filling replaced at a fraction of the cost....saving me thousands. That is ridiculous and Vero Dental is part of our crisis around the cost of healthcare and overcharging. I would definitely stear clear of Vero Dental.

The space is very modern & so clean- I love the fresh plants & good music! Oh, and there's a TV on the ceiling above each chair so you can watch Netflix while you're getting cleaned. I love the texting system to remind you of appointments & ease of communicating with the office too! Dr. Greene is so kind, knowledgeable and relatable.. his patient care is focused & he takes time to understand your needs, build a relationship with his patients & he does excellent work - and at a good price. Danielle, his hygienist, is so wonderful at her skill, listens & gets to know you, and is just so down to earth & personable! Leah & Onah at the front desk are excellent, so friendly & responsive. Dr. Whitestone is my doc here. Dr. Whitestone, Susie and the rest of the staff couldn't be more welcoming, personable and accommodating. I am always greeted upon arriving and my appointments are always on time (as am I). Susie makes the experience comfortable and informs you of your overall oral health. I recently scheduled an urgent appointment to have a chipped tooth looked at. The office was as accommodating as they could be and got me in right away. **What I love most, Dr. Whitestone is straight forward and honest, he'll give you a recommendation if work needs to be done, but will tell you if it's not a must have. If it's a must, he'll talk through options and answer any question you have, no matter how simple it may be. For the One star reviews, you'll notice a recurring trend. The patient or reviewer has been the root of the issue. Ie: showing up late, missing appointments, not understanding their own insurance coverage etc. you're an adult, take responsibility for knowing your coverage and asking questions when you're unsure and show up to appointments on time. Yes, this is a business.... they are assisting and scheduling more people than just you. If you show up late they have every right to turn you away. They've got patients after you who are expecting to be seen on time.

The last time I called at 6 o'clock in the morning for a 2 o'clock in the afternoon appointment, they called me at 2:10 and asked me if I was still coming in. I informed them that I had called and left a message . and she said "oh we haven't listened to our messages yet" I was giving them plenty of time to fill my appointment slot. They then sent me a letter saying they could no longer have me as a patient, that was last week. I'm a grandmother with a lot of grandchildren. I am exposed to lots of germs. Over the weekend a very expensive double crown that they had put in May 2025 fell out. I called to have them put it back in and they refused to see me. UNBELIEVABLE., I have not had time to find a new Dentist! AND obviously they refuse to stand behind their work. It's definitely just a business to them, no compassion and very rude, just in it for the money. KEEP LOOKING DO NOT COME HERE FOR YOUR DENTAL WORK!

The Dr. was able to get me into a crown appointment in 2 days, which was great. I was told the next day the dentist became ill and I would not be able to get in for a few weeks. I dunno for something emergent going on they are treating this absolutely not emergent. I hope I don't end up with endocarditis. I haven't had any cavities my gums are always in good shape and all of my dentists have told me I take great care of my teeth and they are beautiful. Dr. Armstrong told me that I don't brush my teeth (I brush 2-3 times daily) and I have a genetic gum disease. He told me I will need oral surgery to take gum from my upper and graph it to my bottom gums. He told me my parents have the same disease. (My parents are in their upper 60's and go to the dentist twice a year and have NEVER been told this). I believe he is trying to sell unnecessary treatments. Especially since he continually brought up my insurance coverage. The cleaning I received was by far the worst I have ever received. He scraped my teeth only. No floss no polish. Apparently I didn't need it because my teeth are so very white (even though he told me I don't brush). I have never been so humiliated in a dentist office.
