The gutters looked good until the first big snow and they got ripped off the one side. I called the installer and he said it wasn't his fault he did everything right. I would be embarrassed to leave a job that way. Now I'll be fixing and attaching it how it should of been myself. Worked out OK because we could wait until September and Doug always replied back to our text messages about when he would be ready to do our lawn. We checked with him after major storms hit and he did need to reschedule for following week. This was no big deal because we communicated very well and knew thunderstorms would affect his schedule. Doug was very easy to work with. He had us order 30 yards of screened topsoil, which we had delivered and Doug messaged us the morning of that he was on his way. He got here at 8:30 am, and did a beautiful job spreading the dirt and Hydroseeding. He had the right equipment to track over our newly installed septic field. We would highly recommend contacting Doug for any Hydroseeding project. He is the kind of hard working and honest contractor that everyone will appreciate.
