Crystal and her demeanor are a perfect example of why many people are afraid to ask important questions about their health, bc they're worried they're going to be met with misplaced condescension. Well, clearly, Crystal, not "everything" was explained if there was a follow-up question, but the obvious assumption and underhanded implication in your statement is that you and your team cannot possibly have any blind spots, and that- because you don't have any blind spots- anyone who asks you a question must clearly be stupid. Crystal- you are in the healthcare space, but you don't belong in it as long as you treat patients with that demeanor. Do better. That attitude is in very poor taste. Do you treat patients the way you want your most loved ones to be treated? Please ask yourself this next time someone is reaching out to you for help. It is a nasty thing to be in a position to help someone experiencing vulnerability, and to use that opportunity to be rude and condescending.

After attempting to obtain the results through the office she eventually received from Dignity Health directly. Neither of us were touched by the doctor. He never looked in our ears, nose or throat nor did palpitate the glands in our throat. Not worth the surcharge or the aggravation.
