Glendale Community Development / Build & Safety completely dropped the ball in monitoring/ completing the permit but Greyson stayed engaged even though it took 8 months to secure the correct permit, finally appropriately emailing the Glendale Mayor to help with delays. They then proceeded to install a venting system. When I asked them where they got their figures that a vent would be sufficient, they would not tell me nor provide anything. They then passed it off to the building owners, but not before putting a word in with them and not including me in that loop. Kara Davis and company are not ethical and I would have everything triple checked, or better yet, don't use them at all.
