I am an active 81 year old working man. For the past three years I have suffered lower back pain…read more In the most recent times, walking or standing were not an option after about five minutes. My legs would go numb and if I didn't have something to grab onto, I would drop to the ground. I discussed the problem with my cardiologist on Dec 15, 2022. He recommended and referred me to Dr. Rajamand. On Dec 16th, Dr. Rajamand's office staff ordered an MRI for me. The MRI was conducted on that same day and I was seen by Dr. Rajamand on Jan 17, 2023. On Feb 8, 2023, Dr. Rajamand performed back surgery and released me to go home that same day. I did not require any pain medication immediately after nor since then. The only short restriction I had was to be careful not to reopen the incision. Two months later I remain completely pain free and with no restrictions. Dr. Rajamand told me before surgery that he could fix my problem and he did fix my problem. It doesn't get any better than that. I highly recommend Dr. Rajamand and his staff.

He was impatient and determined to get his point across. I hate to say it, but narcissistic. He wasn?t very interested in what I had to say. He was sure to tell me that, even though I wasn?t going to be his patient, he was going to charge me for the visit and the urine test. He had no intention of keeping me as a patient. I already had another Doctor who was farther away so I agreed to go back to him and after I got out of there I was certainly glad that I had that option. Guess Sierra Nuerosurgery Group doesn't realize that their patients have memory issues. They must not care about patients that have brain issues. Sierra Nuerosugery failed to provide reasonable ADA accomodations and violated HIPPA rights. This office provided me HIPAA protected information about my wife without asking for my identification AND she did not authorize the release of any information. However, the Office Manager provided me with information related to her treatment, appointment and referral. Did I mention they told her that she should have remembered even though she knows she has a memory issue that is well documented in her file. Go somewhere else please. In addition to my Rheumatologist, and my Orthopedic MD, I saw an another at a pain clinic (not in this state). He was kind and respectful. Appts with him were smoothe, no issues, not ever. Well I come here and have 2 or 3 appts with this dude michael kelinsky. I doubted whether he was a real doctor or not. He never ordered anything thing up from Radiology, and, never examined me. And most MDs have respect and rapport with nurses, but not him. He was demeaning. He was condescending. The man was snarky. The paperwork filled out prior to 1st visit requested name of previous MD that cared for you and an adress of the facility. That led me to believe kelinski's ofc wud get the necessary medical records. NO on that one! Each subsequent visit was more disrespectful than previous one. Ive never had an MD in the past with this sour of a personality. Ive worked with some in the O/R that wud yell and be outlandish. But that was their own insecurity as a surgeon, so they'd take it out on the staff. Well maybe michael kelinskii feels this way. IDK. I really believe this guy felt I was a "drug seeker". If he wud have at least ordered up some xrays, an mri, something, then he cud have learned about the issues that brought me to him in the 1st place - 7 knee surgeries, 4 on the Left, 3 on the R with incision points visible. Plus one knee is swollen all the time and due for surgery (AGAIN) My spine is collapsing. Many of us know how painful back issues are. My radiology reports tell a story that he missed. Yet, he allowed himself to be rude and demeaning. I used to work for a wonderful and loving orthopedic doctor. If he suggested his patient use a stationary bike after a post surgical procedure, and they cudnt afford to purchase one, he wud surprise them and have a new one sent out to their home. These are the kind of doctors Ive emjoyed being around. I believe michaek k has the "God complex" He gets insulted if you call him by his first name. 'No! You call me Dr Kelinskii!" Nah, not necessary. Have been on pain meds for quite a few years. Yet michael wudnt examine, wudnt order up radiology, wudnt do anything with me except be condescending. Of course, thats about him, not me. One of my buddies told me once, a guy can feel intimidated around a beautiful woman, especially an intelligent one. Maybe thats why he was shaking.
