Elisa is trained in all three of these techniques, as well as in Chinese medicine. Tui Na is a resonating massage style that seemed to totally 'wake up' every muscle in my back. It felt fantastic. I was worried about cupping therapy, because I had never had it before, but I can not recommend it enough. Rather than pushing down on muscles, cupping involves glass globes that create a vacuum and pull up on the muscles in your back. After these two, the acupuncture itself was well done.
