Called him on Friday afternoon. Was not an emergency but he said he could be right out. Had a…read morebreak in the water line between the meter and the house. My neighbor dug up to the repair needed. Mr. Mintz arrived as expected. Took him about 45 minutes to get here (30 mile). Took about 20 minutes to fix the problem and another 30 minutes to wait for the glue to dry. Charged me over 375 dollars for the work. I feel this guy took way advantage of me.
