Checked this place out during the holidays. The inside is huge and has a wide selection of spirits, beers, craft beers and cigars. One of my favorite wines is really hard to find. So when I saw that they carried it I was stoked. It was during the holidays so they carried a few gift boxes sets. And found a gift box set with a tiki for my brother. As he one of those really hard people to shop for on holidays. One of the customers was checking out the cigar selections. And I didn't get a good view of what they do have. Next time I have to check it out and get recommendations. The smell of cigars remind me of an ex so I don't mind that at all. The customer service was okay. The lady that rang me up checked the price of the gift box for me since there weren't any clear signs. No one asked me about reward program but I signed up for it just now. Bruin is our typical liquor store in the Parker area and feels considerably less 'sketchy' than some of the other ones around. They have a fairly good selection of both liquors and beers, and will also let you build your own 6-pack which is great for trying new things. The staff has been helpful (but not pushy) the couples times we've asked for recommendations and seem fairly knowledgeable about what they offer. read more

This place isn't following Colorado Law on plastic and paper bag fee. They only should charge customers this fee if they have 3 or more locations in Colorado. They only have one. Some 20 something in the store telling me the law and he doesn't know it. Or he does but wants to rip off customers since the store keeps 60 percent of the fee. Rip off place!! read more

Hey if you're looking for some beer or booze in Parker this place has what you need. Lots of wine to choose from, and now they have a kickass beer bomber walk in cooler, and then there's lots of cold beer as well. The prices here are on par with the cheapest in town so it's been my go-to when I'm down in south Parker running errands. Friendly staff, plenty of parking and it's right next to the super Target and Junz - what more could you want? read more

Good store for liquor but your customer service is very poor. I was very disappointed with my experience in the store this afternoon when one of the female cashiers with black hair was completely, and unnecessarily rude to me at check out. She had a major nasty attitude and was talking badly about me (as other customers were around). As my boyfriend was checking out, she then threatened to refuse service to him because I didn't like her attitude and I told her she didn't need to be disrespectful and rude to me as she continued to try and argue with me. I get everyone has bad days, but this was completely unacceptable amd I will not return. read more

I'm a big fan of this place and it's the only place I shop at in Parker since moving here. The staff is very friendly and the reward program is very nice to have. The beer department is one of the best I have dealt with. They continue to get great beers in stock and rotate the seasonal selection. I have a kegarator and they can get me kegs on order very quickly. They just added the option to trade out CO2 tanks which helps saves a long drive elsewhere. I can get a great supply of wine and booze with a weekly coupon coming in my email. The emails provide some great ideas on drinks, beer of the week, and coupons. read more

Great store and selection, but very disappointed in customer service & experience this past weekend. The cashier, I believe Brenda was her name, was extremely unfriendly and short. I had several packages of mini-wines and when I went to put my cart away while she finished the transaction & boxed the wine, I politely asked for my receipt and she questioned me needing one in a very blunt manner & tone. She didn't say thanks for coming in or anything, very unfriendly to say the least - disappointing for sure. read more

Very good selection, also offer a mix and match six pack, which I really liked. However, they refused to sell me alcohol because my ID was vertical. They apparently had an issue with a miscalculation on a date and sold to a minor. I understand they're being precautionary, but it was ridiculous. As a business they shouldn't hire people who can't read a date. If I have a valid drivers license that clearly states AGE 21 IN 2012, I shouldn't have an issue buying beer three years later. read more

I love coming in here. They have a great selection of everything. The staff is amazing. So friendly and will stop what they are doing to help you find what you are looking for. Not just pointing or telling you what aisle. Like, they will walk you over to it and hand it to you. I got recommended a really great red wine blend once. The guy really hit the nail on the head when I told him the blends and flavors I like. They do tastings often which is fun too! read more

After practically stalking various liquor stores in the Parker area for months, I finally found someone who cared enough to order my favorite cider, and by case on a regular basis! I've purchased some wine and liquor from Bruin but primarily go for their increasing selection of quality craft beer. The beer buyer is definitely doing a great job at bringing in some selections you may just find at the larger stores. Very good kept secret in Parker! Friendly staff - great selection. Alex in the wine department is very knowledgeable about their wine selections, which seem to be growing. Anything from a standard table wine to very fine wines, they seem to have it all. Or, if they don't, they will special order it for you. A nice selection of small batch bourbons too!! read more

I've been coming here for about three years, and they have really stepped it up within the last year or two since Kassidy started stocking the shelves. This place is the real deal for hard to find craftys and local favorites. They have a phenomenal selection from around the country. Check out their bomber room for rare hard to find selections and your well known favorites. The staff is the friendliest in town and if they don't have what you want, they'll get it. A+ Guys.
