To make matters worse, I spent way too much time going in circles with Walmart's chat system just trying to reach a human. After finally speaking with someone, I was told I have to wait another 48 hours before I can even request a refund because they want to see if the order gets delivered again. So let's do the math: 48 hours waiting for a delayed package, then another 48 hours waiting to ask for a refund. That's four days of waiting after Walmart already failed to deliver the order correctly. What does a person have to do to get some wine glasses and plates? The most frustrating part isn't even the delivery mistake. It's spending time with multiple customer service representatives only to end up right back at square one. In an era where companies are investing heavily in AI and customer experience, Walmart needs to do better. If customers have to fight through automated systems and multiple support agents just to get basic help, something is broken.

This, then, is our store for getting the things needed to fill that goodie bag. The store is small and it's quite run down. Carbondale is not the fanciest place in Pennsylvania, but the place suffices for what we need. I must compliment the people who have waited on me at checkout. While I don't know if any of them have ever waited on me before (who could remember from one year to the next), they have always been pleasant and helpful.

The pharmacy was busy just as they are in LA and the pharmacist was just as nice or even nicer. She took my information and told me it would be ready in 20 mins, took 10 mins instead. Sweet! So I went to CVS in Carbondale first and they said that CVS in honesdale will take my New York insurance and will fill my scripts DEPENDING on the pharmacist?!?!! .. anyways, I called and they said no because it'll back up their system...... so they can but they don't want to is what he meant to say. So I called again today and they told me to come in with my scripts so I did and I almost paid out of pocket with a discount that this nice lady who was helping me use. But then as I walk away I hear someone say "Stephanie!" So I turn around and ROB said no it cannot be finalized because it's out of state. Fast forward I'm now sitting at rite aid and I explained to the pharmacist what was going on and the pharmacist said no that's not true. And they are helping me AND it's going through my insurance. Long story short ROB is so worried about his system being backed up and the inconvenience of my toothache / infection that could turn into sepsis, ROB doesn't care about you. ROB is just lazy & only cares about the work load, or lack there of, that he has to do. Thank you rite aid !

Customer service was absolutely terrible. I have purchased many photo orders from this cvs and I…read morehave never had an issue. I placed a decent size order last week and picked it up. When I opened the items upon returning home every item had an issue. The photos were not lined up with the magnet backing, the poster was creased, and the last product was not lined up. The photo was handing over the edge of the mount. I called and a very kind woman told me to bring the items in and they would reprint them. I went into CVS to have them reprinted and the young man at the counter needed assistance and then the woman that was helping him needed help (no problem, I'm patient when people are learning). The woman that came up to help, possibly a manager, stated there was nothing wrong and she put the order together herself. I showed her the problem and she said they were good enough. I stated they were gifts and I didn't feel comfortable paying for something that wasn't put together correctly. She became very rude. I asked her not to give me attitude and she became even more rude and raised her voice to me. I ended up just getting a refund and will have to get my items printed elsewhere. The woman was waiting in the parking lot and made several comments. I truly hope she was having a bad day and doesn't treat other customers the same way. She should not be working with people. I wish I could give this place negative reviews or review one employee because the others were very kind and helpful. Sadly, I will be going out of my way to avoid this cvs.
