Paid £850 for my car and collected the way it was and been told that its a different problem and than the problem i had is been fixed. Really? They think i don't know that they just took my noney but didn't fix my problem for me to come back and spend more money! If i only had money would go and get a legal process involved in here and get this business to be closed down. If i had my own garage i would treat all peoples in a nice way for them to come back but not the way this garage are treating you like you don't know nothing! Very upset with this service as spend all my wages to fix my car and its still have the same problem. Shame !

It sat in the same spot for 3 weeks, no one called or updated him about the car. He begged everyday for a call about the car, and someone (Kevin, Jo, Richard, etc) was going to call us back, and they didn't. The first call he received was to swap his car out for a temporary car so THEY didnt fail an audit. The absolute audacity to call when they want something, but not even update him on his car is dreadful. Turns out, after taking our time to drive to Richlee, Jo told us it was the hot potato no one wanted to deal with and hadn't even been looked at. Richard is never there, and when he is doesnt communicate with his staff, because allegedly Jo and the mechanics needed his go ahead to fix the vehicle and he didnt answer any calls. Then, they tried to charge him £1000+ for the fix, despite his paying out £500 for warranty on the car when purchased. This company are a bunch of money-grabbing, uncommunicative scam artists who couldn't organise a child's birthday party. Quite frankly its astounding this company still makes money and operates with the low level staff and dreadful owners they have. Shame on you Richlee. Finance a car from an actual dealer and not this useless company.

Booked an A service meaning a full service and asked for brakes to be checked as high pitched squeel when braking. Called to tell me car was ready and told nothing wrong with brakes as 'there brand new' told them they had been on for 2 years as they fit them please check properly. Said they would take for a test drive (why wasn't this done already?) called me back a few hours later and advised it was ready to pick up. Got there earlier than I said I would on the phone as they said they shut at half 4 when Google says 5. I turn up and they are taking it for 'a test drive' (2 people with a jump pack) 1 came back (meaning they used my car as a run around). He got back and said they might have something stuck in them just drive it off. (Firstly if you removed the brakes during your check when you said they were "brand new" this would be gone surely!) Secondly I asked if they checked them during the service which I was when I was advised they just changed the oil and it was booked for a B/minor service. Looking at paperwork only oil and filter and plug was changed. In what world do you only change oil during any service look online at what an actual B/minor/2 - check lights, exhaust, brakes, , fluids and possibly belts and change air&pollen filter Can confirm non of this was done and no health check sheet provided.

There were no issues with the service, however I am not exactly an expert when it comes to cars :) Still going strong so I suppose it was OK. One thing that did annoy me was that when I took it for an MOT 3 weeks after the service they failed my car because of a tyre, they did not pick this up when they did the service and I don't exactly do a lot of distance in 3 weeks. They did also fit a waterpump to an older car that I had (I supplied the parts and they fitted it) which was quite reasonable.

Even small jobs that you might do at home can be booked in to them without the fear of them saying the job is too small! The service is of the highest calibre with the product knowledge second to none. Very clean and tidy working environment and gives you the confidence to use this garage without feeling they are ripping you off! Ladies - you will find they don't treat you like a twit!
