Further from my neighbors and friends experience they end up having to paint again in two years, a paint job should last at LEAST 5 years. He has all the paints , tools ready to go and completed the estimate and job on schedule. He can build and is willing to construct small items for you - built ins and flower boxes! They wanted me to be happy with the work. If we stayed with the original plan of having the workers stay the full 15 hrs, there wouldn't be this issue and I would have $800 back. I didn't want or need a rush job done. I only want to pay $2100. Not $2900. I was willing to pay a few hundred more for additional supplies. Adding more workers was never discussed. I don't think that it's fair or right to throw this fee at me because you added another worker.
