All of this work was done in less than one week with very little notice and the end result was beyond what I had expected. Jeff Cohen couldn't have been more accommodating, responsive and easy to work with. I was also very impressed with how clean the guys left the house! Are you amused and delighted by, the Rhesus riotousness, the Capuchin chaos, or maybe even Macaque mania? If so, then these guys are for you. Because, with "One Stop Painting" it's Monkeys all the way down. "One Stop Painting" doesn't offer "Craftsmanship", "High-Quality Service", nor Professionalism in any sense of those words. But, they will "transform your Space" into a Monkey enclosure, with all the attendant fecal matter. Let's forego the Zoo for now and move on to outcomes. Painting is both a skill and an art. "One Stop Painting" offers neither. Paint "Flash" everywhere. "Holidays" everywhere. Entire sections of molding not caulked. Walls not properly prepared; Wall paper removed, and no surface prep was completed before painting. Paint on the floors, paint on my shoes and clothing (bedroom). Paint on the bath/shower. Repairs to "Popcorn" ceiling were filled with caulk and painted over. They do sell a filler for just such a thing. Sanding dust (from what little spackle was used) everywhere; no clean up. I requested "Benjamin Moore, but got "Sherwin Williams" instead. Also, the wrong variant of "limestone". I work for and mix paint for a "Benjamin Moore" retailer, and receive a significant discount on their paint. But, Mr. Cohen stated "He would take care of it". He didn't. Let's speak of the "Craftspeople" onsite. One old Man (like myself) , and a young Woman. Both of whom are being totally exploited by Mr. Cohen, were basically "high" the entire time. Hence the lack of attention to detail. As for Mr Cohen; after a walk through/punch list meeting he was dismissive, of any concerns. He is also a coward and a charlatan; after a reasonable period of time, inquiries were made as to how he would like to proceed. His lack of response is telling. Basically, "not my Circus, not my Monkeys"approach. But such things from a MAGA contractor, I shouldn't be surprised. One would be best served by avoiding "One Stop Painting".

I had to go buy 2 - 100 feet hoses. They also didn't come w a tall ladder to reach my 10 sky lights. During the day their Power washer broke which meant they had to go buy a new one. delay. I'm not sure that you are suppose to use a power washer on windows and I had to specifically ask that the squidgy the outside windows. Some were done this way, many others not done w a squidgy. Jeff had told me 3 people were there to clean the windows. At any time I only saw the helper guy who had never washed windows before cleaning the windows. This guy lied to me multiple times saying he had washed all the exterior windows and then in less than 30 minutes cleaned ally inside windows. I have over 60 windows, 8 sliders and 10 sky lights. He spent more time on break. By the end of the first day I was extremely unhappy. I spoke to Jeff and showed him how bad the windows still were, most windows not even touched. Jeff assured me he would correct the situation the next day and would hire a woman to help. Jeff showed up the next morning at 8am by himself. I had told him all windows needed to be cleaned by noon time Jeff was still cleaning windows at 10pm that day outside. Some windows being cleaned over and over again w a few others not being finished on the outside. Inside I had to follow both guys around w paper towels as they were leaving water on my wood floors, Jeff wanted to use his power washer inside on my sliding glass door tracks. I told him absolutely not and a paper towel works great. I cleaned all the tracks. I also had to take all my screens down for them to be washed and the. personally put them all back to save time. I had to finally tell him to go home so that our guests could go to bed. This company will never work for me again. It was a "S... Show" and the first time I hired a person off of Yelp. Never Again. I did pay him the requested $1250 but this should have been discounted for all the aggravations I put up with and non-professionalism.

We then met with their design technician to create a plan to remove the entirety of the ancient system and replace the haphazard maze of leaky pipe work. They were even able to design the system around our old coal shoot so we would have much more usable space in our basement!
