Mr.Bruner took care of our builders risk policy while we built our own home 4 years ago. Upon completion, we decided to go with another provider as his homeowners rate were substantially higher than other quotes.
I recently contacted him to get builders risk coverage for a remodel we're doing. He told me that neither US Assured nor RVOS were currently allowing builders risk policies to be written. I asked him why. He said he was unsure, and it had something to do with the market. He was very vague and red flags went up.
