The current state of this arcade is a complete joke, and the corporate policies protecting it feel downright corrupt. First and foremost, your games are wildly over priced, and for what? Half the time, the machines are malfunctioning, eating credits, or straight-up broken, yet you have zero quality control. To make matters worse, there is nobody competent managing the arcade center. When a game fails, finding an employee who actually knows how to fix the products or electronics is nearly impossible. The staff is poorly trained, and management completely lacks any standard of customer service. But the most predatory part of your business model is your outrageous, corrupted refund policy. When your broken machines rob a customer, your staff hides behind corporate policy to deny refunds. This is a massive slap in the face to two major groups of people: 1. Parents: Families come in expecting a quality experience, only to watch their money vanish into broken machines with absolutely zero compensation offered to the parents who are footing the bill. 2. Younger Teenagers: You are taking advantage of teens who do not make much money, who save up to have a good time, only to get ripped off by a faulty system and told "no refunds." It is completely unacceptable to take people's hard-earned money and offer zero accountability when your product fails. Frankly, the entire current arcade setup at the Montgomery location should be shut down and completely overhauled. If Bowlero Montgomery wants to save its reputation, the entire business model needs to be improved. You need an entirely new, functional reward system that actually treats customers fairly, alongside a complete overhaul of your refund policy to ensure people get their money back when games fail. Do not send me a generic, automated corporate response. This location needs immediate corporate intervention, better management, and a fair policy for the people of Montgomery.

The cashier on the Bowling side is very helpful and if it's slow will to coach and teach anyone to help them improve and enjoy the game more. The snack bar cashier is a new hire but is learning quick and is always upbeat. The cook could learn to be more helpful and more customer friendly. She can cook, but that's it. If she not cooking, she's sitting in front of the blaring load TV watching questionable subject matter. And she sure can't pour a draft beer, half of it ends up head.

We played two games a rented shoes for four people for a total cost of $28. Not bad for two hours of fun. We also ordered food from a surprisingly full menu. When I was going to order individual drinks the workers suggested a pitcher instead (saving me money). We just had fries which were fine for a bowling alley and made better by the inexpensive price. Complaints: the lanes we were on malfunctioned twice and held up our game for almost 15 minutes. We weren't upset but the lady in the lane next to us seemed rather put out. I believe it is the age of the machinery that contributed to the problem. Overall, a fun and inexpensive way to spend an evening, just be prepared to deal with some glitches now and then.
