Everyone there was very friendly. There is the usual bowling alley food, bar, and arcade. Place isn't the cleanest at all. But it was a good Saturday activity. Didn't think there was enough balls, it was like a scavenger hunt to find one in the sizes we needed. read more

We arrived to bowl for our nephew's birthday only to find all the lanes were full with league night bowlers. They wouldn't give us even one lane. We ended up in the old arcade and spent 30 minutes there because there is not another bowling alley in town. It was ok but there weren't enough age appropriate games for our nephew. Many of the games would not accept the play card we put money on and we had to get help with some of the games that were stuck because of their age. In checking out we did get a few toys with the tickets we won but we still didn't get to bowl after driving from Birmingham. read more

had a birthday party today here today bought package b x2 which includes six hot dogs 6 cups of ice cream a picture of drink and six bags of chips, so i got all of that times too but it also includes a $10 card, i bought the package twice once again so i paid $250 for a package that cost $125.....the lady at the front refused to give my child the other $10 card that was also purchased with the package,asked for manager there is no manager at bama lanes in prattville, rolled there etes @us, & the kids several times while we were trying to get our shoes to go bowl on top of that i was never told about having to fill out the paperwork and bring it to the front to get the hot dogs ice cream and chips or drinks nerver again for me! read more

Nice enough place, but if you don't come on a deal night, it's expensive. Also, be aware that if you pay for games, the games are cut off before ending the tenth frames. Very annoying for people who like to get their money's worth. read more

Went here last weekend with friends but we left without bowling for reasons I will explain below. Initial impression: The parking lot is awful. It's full of potholes, and the lines need to be repainted. The appearance of the building is run down and it is attached to a sketchy bar. I couldn't tell which door was the entrance as it is connected to a bar and the doors are not properly labeled. We asked to play two games, and the man at the counter told us we could pay for those two games, however we had to be off the lane at 9:45 even if we weren't finished, because their "special" price starts at 10:00pm. I could understand this being an issue if they were crowded, but 95% of the lanes were empty. We asked if we could pay for and play one game, then pay the special price to keep bowling and stay on our lane, but he informed us that was not an option. We would have to vacate our lane and get back in line. Instead of providing service they would rather have an empty bowling alley for an hour before the special than let people play. I have been to other places and if you arrived before a special you pay the price at that time and played till you were done. If you then wanted to play another game you paid the current price. So they turned down $30-40 plus the possibility of another $60 if we stayed. He would have ended up making more money from us if he allowed that, however he lost all of our business for the night. read more

We always have a great time here and they even have military discount. There's no changing table in the bathrooms so when one of the guys saw me heading to the bathroom with my son he told me and then even let me change him in their office. That's some above and beyond stuff right there. Figuring out shoe sizes is always crazy and they are always so nice about it. I feel bad asking for different sizes so many times (had 6 kids with us) but never once did they make us feel like a bother. Food takes a little bit, but that's ok. There usually just one person working to food. So, no biggie. We enjoy bowling with the kids and don't stress the rest. Great, affordable family fun. Everyone there is so nice. read more

I'm not really a bowler, but some of my best friends are. Anytime they throw a birthday party, this is where we end up, bowling until they close. The late night bowling is definitely more enjoyable than the daytime. Probably due to the black lights and music. If that's your thing, this is the place in Prattville to do it! read more

I'm usually very pleased with bama lanes but I recently with there for my sons birthday party and got ripped off by $10 they wouldn't let us play our 2nd game of blowing because I added another person to my score board they took away my last game meaning I was supposed to get two games for my son to play but only received one because I added another player what kind of crap was that... they really need to get their stuff together will not be back for awhile.... I was very disappointed with bama lanes and the food prices were outrageous for not that much food I can go to McDonald's and get more for my money and let my kids play in the play room and have just as much fun for free!!!! read more

Had the worse experience ever. We paid for 2 games of bowling and they kicked us out for cosmic bowling. How can you kick a paying customer out and not give them a refund? On top of that whenever you have a problem with the lanes nobody wants to help. I wouldn't recommend anybody to go there unless you're willing to give them money for treating you like crap. read more

We went with a group of people that are mentally ill. We had a large group to attend. Personally I think that we did a really good job of cleaning up behind ourselves. When the staff thought all our people had left they decided to have a conversation about how our people was "nasty" and other unfriendly words. I think that they are unprofessional and rude. They had attitudes the whole time we was there all but 2 hours. That is so sad. If I can pick another place to go or had one near our town I would. Rating: F read more

I went to this establishment last night. I am so disappointed. I waited over 45 minutes to receive food for my family. We only ordered a hotdog, Philly steak w/ fries,club sandwich w/fries,over 45 minutes. As I continued to watch those who ordered after me receive their food before my order was ever made. Our bowling game was over by the time our food came up, I just got our order to go. After we were home and I was finally was able to eat my food I realized my bread was burnt on the bottom that was placed down on the plate. Thry hid the burnt part of the food. The you get lady that worked the counter knew. She literally stood there watching me prepare my to go plate, like please do not flip that bread over. I was too upset to call last night. I wanted to speak directly to someone in charge this morning. You guys really need to watch how you treat people. All I received was a stupid sorry for taking so long.
