More than the nostagia, Chicken Deli remains to be one of Bacolod's best tasting chicken inasal joint. Their recipe remains unchanged all these years. Their chicken remains distinctly yummy. Of note though is that their chicken is smaller than what you'll find in Mang Inasal, or any other inasal joint for that matter. But while it's smaller, it's definitely tastier. Chicken Deli offers more than just the famous chicken inasal though, you can also order Filipino favorites such as sinigang, adobo, lumpia, and so much more. Don't believe me? Come to find out they just had an exterminator come to fumigate the restaurant the day before. That is a major no no! Why would have customers coming to eat if the restaurant had a major infestation of roaches. We had a brand new server who did not put all of our orders we had ordered. We had asked for watermelon juice and he gave us a shake with almost all milk rather than watermelon. Some of our orders did not get placed even though we had properly gave our order to our waiter. It was the end of the day, and it was a major mistake choosing to to eat here. The server we had didn't help and we spoke to the manager and they didn't bother to apologize and still wanted us to pay even though we terribly had to walk out. It was a restaurant nightmare!
