We stopped in to have some ice cream. This location we've never been to. The service was good after the sale via the kiosk like at Taco bell or mcdonslds. I specifically remember getting a banana split and then promptly spilling it all over myself and my dad's car in the parking lot five minutes later. Ordered online for a bday cake for my child's birthday cake. Went to go pick it up and when we got home this is what we opened to. A slanted cake. How do you make a cake and cut it like this and layer it without any care on how the cake would look? All the guests at the bday party noticed it right away that the cake was crooked. Whoever made this cake did not cut the cake part correctly and put it on crooked before finishing it off. Really disappointed. Also the taste of the cake was not too good. This is the best Bruster's location, hands down! I've contacted other Bruster's around my area that is closer to me, but their customer service is no where as great at this location!! My family and I always order cakes from Bruster's, we love ice cream cakes! When I called that morning, the sweet lady answered the phone and took my customized order and I felt very calmed, not rushed over the phone. I was able to customize into details and asked questions without being hesitant. The next day, they called and told me my cake was ready; I really liked how they have their phone number assigned to their location, it was easy to know who called and from where! When I picked up the cake, they greeted me at the window with a smile, showed me the cake, it came up to $28, not bad for a customized ice cream cake! It was everything and more, they decorated the cake so beautifully. My husband (the birthday guy) was really happy, our kids were excited!! I'm very pleased and thankful for this great experience! I hadn't been to Bruster's in years and yesterday afternoon, my husband decided that the family should get ice cream. Even though you aren't able to hang out outside of the place (due to the pandemic all of the seating had been restricted), we sat in our SUV's trunk and had a great time. The service was super quick, which was great because it was pretty hot outside. We may keep coming here every Sunday evening to cap off the weekend. read more

This has been my evening go to spot for ice cream cravings for the last two years. The beautiful weather over the weekend reminded me that it's the Bruster's time of year again. The portions are huge, well for the waffle cone anyways, which has a higher price than the cake or sugar cone. You don't need to order more than one scoop with the waffle cone. The brownie sundae is big enough to split, but I had to have an old favorite this time, chocolate raspberry truffle. Yum! All the ice cream is made fresh. I've had birthday cakes from here and they're delicious too, and decorated nicely. If you bring your own banana, you get your banana split for 1/2 price, not sure which day they do it on though. I always bring my wiener dogs with me when I go because they give FREE doggy ice creams with a milk bone on top! My dogs get excited when I say Bruster's because they know where we're going, and even if just driving by on the way home, they spazz out thinking we're going to stop. I guess they like it as much as I do. The parking lot is usually full in the evenings and there are lines at every window to order. Been to this location several times. The ice cream is good but the owner needs to maintain the location. We went there today and within a few minutes my kids and I were completely covered in mosquito bites. Our legs were swollen red. We got our ice cream and left, Fast! Before heading to this location tonight, I googled the time that it would close. According to Google, the business closes at 10:30pm. I arrived at 10:09pm and the staff was already cleaning up. As I approached the window, one of the employees opened up the window to tell me that they were already closed. I then said, "I thought you close at 10:30pm." Her response to me was that, "they close at different times when the seasons change". I then asked, "So what time do you close?", but she could not give me a straight answer.
