They went inside the unit and found the "side of the flimsy water tray had fallen down" They used a piece of wood found in the attic to prop the side back up. I already had the ladder set-up so the total time from arrival to problem solved was 10 minutes. For those 10 minutes, I was charged a $90 diagnostic fee, a $155 travel charge, and a $105 "miscellaneous Repair" charge. With tax, the total was $376.79. They told me they would wave the fuel surcharge of $35 on top of these costs. That seems a bit high to me. Am I being unrealistic as to what things cost these days or did I make a mistake having my HVAC unit installed by Rood?

She was professional and friendly. The plumbers came when they were supposed to. They worked in both my kitchen and my bathroom. They were friendly, worked quickly, got their job done, and best of all didn't in my opinion over charge us. After they left, we discovered a small issue in the bathroom.
