I realize a lot of people hate this place because they think it creates more homeless people to come to town, but I look at is as a place of refuge. What if you were in need during a time of crisis and had no family or friends and no where to go...at least there are places like the Deveroux Center to help you out.

People there are VERY friendly and fun, and we stuck around for the "friendship" and "feel good" experience surrounding such a horrid annual dastardly deed we all face. Taxes. But... did we get what we paid for? Um... no! I held out for years after my husband suggested going elsewhere, feeling somehow "safe". I believe Michael Gordon is a master of marketing. As for his accounting services? Well, I think he's pricing himself right out of our little market, and bent on establishing national recognition for his speaking. He's an awesome guest speaker... and always a shock since nobody expects a CPA to have such a grand sense of humor. It used to be the worlds greatest bank. So yesterday after posting this review I called in to make an appointment for help. After holding for over 30 minutes I hung up. This morning I went into the bank again and it was quiet with a different associate who helped me with my wire transfer. Both employees who were there yesterday were friendly and the experience was good. If you are reading this Mr or Ms manager, you need sufficient staffing during peak times. Tyler Kinney, store lead associate was very professional and knowledgeable this morning. He gets five stars, I am changing my rating to 4 stars overall.
