No, other options... he put it on. We drove off then it started making a loud noise, the tire he put on was smaller. Double J charged us $250 for tire change &$160 for tire. Then, Julie office person refuses to send us an Invoice, We need it for insurance and she won't respond back to me. Thanks John for your reply. We were at mile marker 20. Julie said she would send it, she has my info, anything... a hand written piece of paper...

5:15-5:40ish I had a flat, almost a blow out and apparently dispatch didn't contact them for over…read morethree and a half hours. i was given Double J company name and contact number. I was given a ETA time of 8:10-8:40, I was contacted by a completely different number from same company around 9:07 and they said they had just received my claim and was dispatched out. my car did not get picked up until 9:20. i waited for four hours at that point and was not even offered a partial refund or anything for this extreme inconvenience. the woman who did reach out and explain was at least nice and understanding. i would like to add make sure everything is taken out of your car because I had a pair of beats stolen :)
