It's a horrible tactic to make people think they need a engine flush or transmission flush. These services harm your vehicle. I told them I needed an oil and filter change and to grease the fittings only, they still tried selling me and everyone else, many other services. They even compare their prices to big box stores. I went there for the convenience of a drive thru but learned that I'm better off doing it myself at home and without the stress of 3 employees trying to sell me some garbage. I won't be back and I would not recommend this place.

Dustin was so calm with me as he sprayed water on my rim to remove the debris left behind. Dustin further explained he looked at the video to see if his employee was actually negligent in the way he did his job. Pumpelly found 2 patches on my tire and replaced both for FREE! I highly recommend Pumpellys Tire Center to handle all your tire needs as they stand by the quality we deserve....especially a single lady.

My son brought his truck for an oil change Monday August 4th, 2025. He received a notice before…read morethey were through with his vehicle that his battery was testing bad. He was told they could change it for free for just the cost of the battery. He declined because the battery was barely new and knew it was still under warranty with another location. He brought it to the location it was origionally purchased to be tested and was told it was fine. So we think Walmart either has faulty equipment to test batteries or they were trying to get more money out of a teenager. Friday the same week, we popped the hood to check his fluids and noticed two different caps were missing. Luckily we found them in random spots in the engine area. Also, it was almost completely out of coolant and power steering fluid in his reservoirs. Im glad they were so worried about his good battery but couldn't check the fluids or check that they replaced all of the caps.

The man knowing we were in need, tried to up-charge us 1100 for 4 new tires. We called the nearest discount tire 14 minutes away and the same 4 tires were priced around 740. If you can make it to another tire shop please do so because if you're in need, they will take advantage of your problem.

He said he couldn't patch because it was too close to the sidewall. I looked at it and it was at least 2 inches away. I even googled it while I was waiting to be checked out and it is too close to the sidewall at 1/2 to 1 inch away. I told him to just put it in my bed and I'd go somewhere else. Went to Sulphur Tires and Wheels and they said it was very patchable and they had it done faster than the manager at Mavis took to processed my check for over $17 that they charged me. At Sulphur Wheels and Tires, the total cost to actually patch the tire and replace was $30. I have been a long time customer at Mavis. I will not be going back. There are always new people and they act like you are inconviencing them for being there. It's a wonder how they are still in business.
