A lot to unpack here- So this all started in March 2024, Check engine light kept coming on, brought…read moremy truck in a couple times, apparently if they cant find a cause they charge you $240.00 for the diagnostics and not the factory warranty... Finally they recognized that there was a problem. It took almost 6 weeks to diagnose the issue... about 6 weeks they had my truck, then the problem wasn't what they thought it was... funny what you can find when you actually take something apart and look with your eyes, not your computer. At this point I've already lost money for work and sick time dealing with repeated shop visits. So a few days after getting my truck, it starts throwing codes... a bunch of codes... Service 4 W Drive, Service engine, 4WD off, etc. I took the truck in and told them I needed to go to Alabama for work the next day, what do i do? They said they don't believe its anything mechanical so no worries, go ahead and drive it, come see us when you get back. Folks, the truck broke down in Mobile, Alabama at the gas pump. I had to miss work, get a hotel room, my boss is really tired of hearing "my truck broke down" and "the dealership said", at this point I might as well just say my dog ate my homework. GM road side assistance took my truck to the local dealership, they gave me a rental the next day and said Chevy Reunite would bring my truck to me in Louisiana. The next day, Friday at around 4:00PM the Alabama dealership calls me and said my truck is fixed. They stated that whoever put my truck back together should really go back to school. (Navarre in Sulphur). They stated that my wiring harness had not been secured and the wiring was not grounded... After waiting a week, GM still could not give me a date or delivery window for my truck. Folks I had to drove 12 hours round trip to go get my truck in Alabama. Dealing with Chevy customer care was a total joke also. I lost thousands over the course of 2 1/2 months dealing with this, I explained everything and they directed me to page 13 of the warranty... My lost wages and hardships are not their problem. I asked for a simple lift kit (thinking about the upcoming hurricane season) as compensation after they tried to offer me 6 months of OnStar... after i countered, they offered me an additional 30k mile warranty... knowing full well i already paid for an aftermarket warranty which is a lot better than GM's hula hoop, penny pincher, factory warranty... I declined. I want a lift kit, They don't pay full price for their own parts and the techs aren't making $150.00 an hour for labor... make it happen. They stone walled me, added $750.00 in chevy points to my account and said that's all you get, not our problem. I've lost sick time, wages, gas expenses, time with my kids, and I've never been more stressed out over a vehicle in my life. This was pure negligence, not a mechanical issue or a part failure... but that's all on me, right? I've had Chevy's since i was able to drive, i was loyal to the brand for 20 years, this is the last GM product I will ever buy. 4 months is how long it took to get any kind of reimbursement from Chevy Customer Care, and I got a fraction of the losses I incurred. Not one of them stopped my truck and pre washed the front grill or mirrors. They were all to busy talking or on their phones. I'll never use this place again. People in Sulphur are just lazy! Rotary brush snapped off my driver's side door mirror. Staff was nice enough about retrieving the part from inside the car wash for me so I could get it remounted on my car. But still, their machinery damaged my car. Not good. 2. Staff made no offer toward helping get damage repaired. It was like, "Here's your mirror back. Have a nice day." 3. One star lost for the single staff member who made very plain & obvious his indifference towards any distress or inconvenience a customer may be caused by doing business with Mike and Mike Car Wash. A bit of basic customer service training is needed by this person.

Excellent tire center for a single woman in a strange town to get tire work done. I over reacted…read morebecause I THOUGHT they scratched my rim, when in fact it was a paste they use to place on the rim to keep from scratching it. Dustin was so calm with me as he sprayed water on my rim to remove the debris left behind. Dustin further explained he looked at the video to see if his employee was actually negligent in the way he did his job. Pumpelly found 2 patches on my tire and replaced both for FREE! I highly recommend Pumpellys Tire Center to handle all your tire needs as they stand by the quality we deserve....especially a single lady.

I managed to slowly make my way off the exit for Sulphur, LA, which also happened to be the exit for Southern Tire Mart. Douglas came out to assist and discovered that I needed I needed a new wheel as well because it was dented during the incident as well. Douglas went above and beyond by calling several businesses trying to find the wheel that would fit my car. This was on a Monday and the dealership he finally found would not have the items in until Wed. I had to rent a car and stay two nights in a hotel. When I picked up the wheel and tire on Wed., and took them back to Southern Tire Mart, Douglas had them mounted on my car at no charge!

Just arriving in Southwest Louisiana after traveling from Florida my tire monitoring system in my…read moreMotorCoach alerted me to an issue with the left rear inner tire. After notifying my Roadside Assistant Program I was told they had requested a dispatch from Southern Tire Mart being they were experienced in Class A Diesel RV Tire Service. Since the issue was with the inner rear tire the technician picked up two new tires prior to arriving just in case, fortunately the issue wasn't serious and I was able to drive into a Truck Stop to wait on the service technician. Josh arrived and went right to work, road side service is hard work and although the service truck is equipment with an air compressor and air tools the work itself requires some expertise and a strong back. As the photo shows the rear axel is somewhat complicated Josh took great care in removing the tires and ensured the wheel was protected as well as the locking hub. After deflating and doing some leak detection procedures he found the root cause and corrected the issue without having to patch or replace the tire which saved me a lot of money (buying a 275 / 80 R 22.5 Tire on the side of the road is never a bargain). After throughly checking his work everything was reinstalled and he conducted a full inspection ensuring everything was safe prior to his departure. The entire event was stress free and very professional, Josh was very friendly and instilled a lot of confidence that the issue was resolved and I haven't experienced anymore issues since the repair. I highly recommend this company to address any RV Tire issues or if you need an honest assessment..

These people will beat you to death trying to sell products and services you don't need. It doesn't…read morematter how many miles your vehicle has on it, they have a service/product that matches the mileage. It's a horrible tactic to make people think they need a engine flush or transmission flush. These services harm your vehicle. I told them I needed an oil and filter change and to grease the fittings only, they still tried selling me and everyone else, many other services. They even compare their prices to big box stores. I went there for the convenience of a drive thru but learned that I'm better off doing it myself at home and without the stress of 3 employees trying to sell me some garbage. I won't be back and I would not recommend this place.
