He was also great about scheduling the time and even followed up the day of to make sure it hadn't fallen off my calendar. He showed up about 10 minutes before the appointment and brought a slew of high end photographic equipment to make sure our suite was presented as well as humanly possible. He spent over an hour capturing every possible angle and was personable and polite. He turned around our photos in less than a week (2 1/2 days) and also made a small tweak at my request in less than a day. And the results are EXCEPTIONAL. I met with Joleta prior to the shoot and was able to pick out the outfits I wanted to wear that Joleta offered. Each outfit is $10, but you do not have to pay until you wear them, and this was much cheaper than if I had to buy my own lingerie. I recently (not recent anymore) purchased a groupon deal for Albuquerque Boudior Photography. I had…read morea very difficult time getting in contact with Joleta to ask questions before purchasing the groupon and then booking the appointment. After calling, emailing, and several Facebook messages, she finally got back to me and I was able to book the appointment. After my appointment was completed in February, I was told that I would see my proofs within a week, but it wasn't until a month later that I received my proofs. In the meantime, I had tried texting Joleta multiple times to see when they would be ready and those messages went unanswered for a whole week. After the response, I waited an additional 10 days to see the proofs. My husband and I looked at the images and submitted our order. We were told that our images were next to be edited. A couple weeks later I texted Joleta again, to get an estimated arrival date for my purchase. My texts went unresponded to for almost an entire month. I came to find out that my photos had not edited or sent off to the lab to be made into an album. Joleta did not communicate clearly that she had other clients on the editing list in front of me. It was my understanding that when you say "next" that means next, not that there are others in front of you. At this point, two and a half months after my photo session, I asked for a refund. I was very unhappy with the lack of communication from the initial appointment date until I finally demanded my album or a refund. My many text messages were left unanswered or given excuses as to why my product was not ready. All that I expected throughout this whole process was good communication between merchant and client. Due to my unfortunate experience, I will not be referring anyone to her for a Boudior session. Her lack of professionalism and not doing her job in a timely manner is a poor way to run a business. It is very unacceptable to have to wait two and half months for a purchase. It is unprofessional that I, as a client, have to send multiple messages asking where my product was and those messages to be ignored and unanswered.
