The downspout should be repositioned to the end of the porch to allow for proper drainage and unobstructed pedestrian access. I asked them to go out and correct the issue and instead they wanted to charge me more money as almost as much as the whole system cost. This seems unfair practice for the company that I have given a lot of business too.
