Customer service was good until I requested removal. I ordered removal per their guidelines and emailed them that I was doing this long-distance and was told neighbors were dumping stuff in it. So I emailed mailed them to get is ASAP. They emailed me to say they were running behind and would be several days late for pick-up. But not to worry for extra charges. Several weeks after they picked it up I received an email with invoice charging $125 for overage. I did not get a notice of it being over weight nor any documentation showing that it was. I spoke to the billing person who said they can't doing anything about it and my credit card was already charged.
