Bryant Lake and Lawn Services put a pier in for me last August 17th. I had them install 7 Lakelite pier lights. All seven failed with a few days. I spent the next 6 months calling them once sometimes twice a month asking them to repair/replace the pier lights. Each time I called I got the same answer; "We'll take care of you. We have to order parts for another guy." I put that in quotes because that's exactly the response when I called. I found out from the company that manufacturers the lights Bryant Lake and Lawn used lights that were over a year old in the original install. I became frustrated because they ignored me for 6 months without the problem being resolved. I contacted my lawyer and ask a lawsuit be started. My lawyer sent letters to them in early February stating a lawsuit would be started on the 1st of March if the problem was not resolved. Bryant Lake and Lawn came out on February 25th and replaced the lights. I will never use them again. I would suggest you be cautious if you engage them for a project.
