Browse through the books , buy your fare ..sit near the riverside(its located very close to the river medway) and read your book. Books are easy to find as there are clearly categorised , but not every book can be found. There is a section for some children's toys too.

A nice convinience store on Admirals walk which stores the usual milk, eggs , newspapers,…read morechocolates, a few plants ectc. the staff are very friendly especially a lady who was kind enough to cash a £20 for the £2 ware I bought. They also sell loads of seasonal plants which are more or less reasonably price. The store is just big enough to walk around with a buggy and often has so many stuff on offers and you can grab a bargain.

Martins is located inside the Pentagon next to Peacocks…read more It is a fairly large store that sells magazines, books, sweeties, drinks, newspapers, sweeties, boxes of chocs, all priced at reasonable prices. You can also buy stationary and packaging to post things. You can usually pick up great deals, especially on chocolate bars, and other little bits. A great thing about this store is the Post Office which is on site. It's big and has over 8 counters. All staff in the shop are really friendly and helpful and always happy to help you locate what you're after. Shop is open around 8 and closes around 5.30.
