Read other reviews, my advice to meeting with any lawyer is going in with a clear head, despite what may be going on - sometimes life doesn't allow that though (like maybe an unexpected death in the family), but I've had months to process my feelings prior to making the appointment and knew what I was getting into. I get it can feel daunting if it's your first time seeing a lawyer, but they're there to help you. Just let them. There's still work to do, but I feel this firm can handle it. As far as a bankruptcy case, it makes total sense for them wanting to be paid in full before filing for you.
