At the last minute we decided to get an old western themed photo with my family as it's rare we are all together. Location is inside the best Western Ruby Inn to the left of the check-in counter down a hallway. The photographer was nice enough. The posing wasn't all that creative. We stood in a straight line for the first group of photos...the second round were we're posed in a little more creative way. There wasn't a lot of attention to details or direction. Poor customer service. Felt rushed through selecting & fitting our Old West costumes. Pictures were OK. After selecting & printing 2 photos (out of 50-60?) to keep, we decided we would rather have the more expensive digital package of all the photos (provided digitally). The photographer would not give us credit for the 2nd photo he printed. Because of this, we did not upgrade to the more expensive digital package and he did not make the extra money he would have made if we had upgraded. We both lost. Very disappointing. read more

I maxed out my CF cards for my DSLR & it is near impossible to buy them in canyon country of Utah. It was near closing and owner agreed to transfer my pictures from my CF card to my portable external HD & just let it take what time was needed overnight so that I could pick it up in morning, clear my CF card and record pictures on the remainder of my trip.
