A lawyer in this firm is the lawyer of a company who I am a customer of by default. There is a conflict between that company and me and the home I have owned for 26 years. They manage the homeowner association business of my townhouse. I have paid over 80,000 in homeowner fees. That company has forced me into a conflict that is petty and unfair and my daughter was given the name of an attorney in this firm to contact. This attorney has treated me and my daughter and my son very badly after promising to solve a conflict that would have taken 5 minutes of his time. Instead, it has become a huge problem and every lawyer in this firm have been contacted to help resolve the issue. They have failed to respond to our numerous pleas to end something that has made me very miserable, especially because I know I have done nothing wrong and others who don't even own homes in this community and aren't paying HOA dues and are renters are not being fined for real violations to the rules. All of this stems from parking rules. We have had the same vehicle for 18 of the 26 years I have owned my home and it has never been in violation or fined for a parking issue in all those years. We have pictures of the vehicles that are violating rules and that proof has been ignored and ridiculed. This law firm gets zero stars from me because in my opinion they have done nothing but made the situation worse. I hope no one else has such a horrible experience with these lawyers. In my opinion, they have been unkind and uncaring and that is just plain wrong with a senior citizen and an elderly widow.

Mark Hand has got to be the worst attorney ever for family law. Don't ever hire him for a child…read morecustody case. He won't keep in contact with you, he won't read any documents you provide to him. The only contact you will have is with his legal assistant and then all the person does is apologize to you because they know he hasn't touched your case. He drags things out for months at a time instead of working towards final orders, essentially just bringing in more money for himself. We are at over the one year mark and still no final orders date yet. If you want a high dollar, no action attorney that you don't mind bank rolling higher Mark otherwise stay away!
