When we decided to buy in Flathead county, we wanted a realtor who worked hard, was responsive, took our desires and constraints into serious consideration, and was an expert in the local area not only in regard to homes, lots, covenants, etc but also knowledge of the many other aspects that matter. We wanted someone with knowledge about the schools, the local businesses, the potential future growth, and someone who would fight for a deal. Possibly most important of all, we wanted someone kind and honest. This is experience should be fun and exciting, and trust is a must. We contacted several realtors, and none seemed quite up to par. And then, we discovered Sarah at Alpenglow Realty. Wow, Sarah not only fulfilled every expectation we had, she brought insight and expertise we didn't even know we wanted.
