But when we really needed them to come through, they did. Well, Scott did. He is a genuinely nice person who is good to deal with. I don't understand the reviews stating that they try to keep your deposit, except for a $15 charge for some kitchen and bath light bulbs that we overlooked, we received our entire deposit back quickly. If you do not damage the property and clean it when you leave, they are very fair. I would definitely suggest asking for Scott when you go in to look for a rental!

This company requires that you fill out an application and pay a $35 fee prior to ever seeing the…read moreproperty. I don't even know if the property would work for me if I don't see it first. To me that's a terrible thing to do to people, making money off of the application fees just to see the property.
