I reached a gentleman in the office on August 12, 2026 who was very RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and simply UNREASONABLE for whatever reason. It seems he became agitated because I mentioned my email contact went unanswered. He tried to justify that my way of contacting them was not typical, but it also became quite apparent that someone in the office had dropped the ball, and failed check their conta on a necessary basis. Needless to say, the phone conversation went south completely. As a customer, who are you to tell me to look somewhere else???? This is just another example of how people are unprofessional, defensive, and threatening when they should NOT be. You are in the wrong profession, and as a business owner you need to exercise restraint, composure, and discipline. The old saying is "Humility is next to godliness."
