Then they call after trying to pick up and saying they can't pick it up because it's "front heavy. It's literally bags of trash and the only way I could load the dumpster. Now they're going to charge me additional as well on top of the $750+ insane price!! So now I just got a phone call they dumped all the trash back out of the dumpster on to the property. Brought an empty and took the full with one truck. On time each time. Much more reasonably priced than I thought it would be. Sorry to see the other reviews from a few years ago. Looks like changes were made at ACE Our experience was great. Would call Joe and Ace Roll-Off for the next project.

We initially were in a jam for a rolloff company and this company responded pretty quick. That was the end of the good news. When we asked to have our dumpster picked up and changed out for a new one, he immediately called and said that he cannot charge our credit card two or three times in a row. I told him he should not be charging our card two or three times, and he became belligerent instantly and started accusing me of accusing him of trying to steal from him and that we were calling him a liar. Two days later he showed up after I had already hired a new rolloff company dumped all our trash on our construction site when no one was there and left like a coward. Horrible to talk to you on the phone does not listen. Immediately gets defensive horrible customer service all he wants to do is fight.
