These days this review would already have me thinking wow sounds great I should give them a call considering most companies don't even get back to you, but just so you know they did much more than simply provide us with basic service that should be an industry standard! They then began the job for us and followed up with pictures and videos without even a request because they knew we were out of town. They worked quickly and efficiently communicating with us throughout the process. After arriving to see what had been done for us we quickly realized our expectations were but a sliver of what was accomplished! If you need a septic, driveway, land clearing, gravel, and I'm sure much more you need to give them a call. I contacted Stone's Plumbing, who said he would arrive between 10 and 11 am on Thursday. Twenty minutes before 10, he called to reschedule for the next morning between 10 and 11. When Friday arrived, I had to text Stone's Plumbing around 11:15 to confirm if he was still coming. He called me and said he couldn't make it and would reschedule for the next morning. I then called Mr. Rooter again, who had referred me to Panky. Panky assured me he would be able to get my drainage working that day. He understood the inconvenience of our situation as a family of 5. By 5pm, Panky had my septic tank pumped, and my house was draining properly. He helped explain how the septic system works and made sure we had proper drainage before he left. I am very grateful for him and his partner coming out and helping us. I would definitely call him again if I have any other issues or need a pump in the future.
