The crew didn't just discover this and abandon us. They rooted the line and gave the tenant some advice that bought us a few days of use until the system was cleaned. Apparently, their driver on duty at the time, Corey Anderson, was finishing up for the day, but told the dispatcher he would take the call so we didn't have to deal with a full septic system over the weekend. Corey is very good at what he does, and is very professional. In addition, he gave me several tips on how to keep our septic system working better going forward. The cost for the pump was $365 (I had my septic top exposed), I gave Cory a $20 tip in appreciation for him taking the call when he could've just as easily went home for the weekend.
