We called them since another company could not find our septic tank and it hadn't been emptied in almost 10 years. We were new to septic tanks and didn't know they needed to be pumped every few years. They arrived the next day-found the septic tank in under 10 minutes and pumped it out. They made note that the tank appeared to be at a "normal" level under the circumstances. They did a great job and were professional. We dealt with Robin when we called and she said she would text me at the end of the day to let me know when we could expect them the next day. Sure enough she sent a text that very night. If you value your privacy do not use Seymour Septic Service. They provide a service which is readily available and comparably price in the area. What they don't provide is any privacy. They will readily share your account information, including date of service and cost. Personally, I try to limit as best I can information about me, my family and my business. Seymour Septic doesn't. If private information about you is unimportant use them. read more

They came out on a Sunday and very affordable! Paid to have septic cleaned as I had an emergency Saturday night!

They we're very prompt and very professional. Did not make a huge mess in the yard while they pumped the septic system. I would recommend them to others and I would definitely use them again. read more

Wooow, these guys. We called them around 2 or 3 pm yesterday afternoon (in the middle of all the eclipse madness) about our septic tank acting foolish, and they arrived within just a couple of hours. Our toilet was backed up and I was hosting a work meeting at our house. They were awesome. First they had to FIND the septic tank, which took a lot of work in our giant jungle of a yard. They were still great sports about it, then they emptied our tank and spent almost an hour looking for whatever was affecting the suctioning force in the tank---they warned us they might not find it, but went back to search for a bit longer and found it (a diaper someone apparently flushed down our toilet). The cost was much less than we thought it would be. I wished we could've tipped the poor guys, or gifted them a nice cold beer---it was sweltering hot outside and they powered through it without complaint. And of course, fixed a problem in just six hours, from phone call to payment, that my husband and I been trying to figure out by ourselves for over a year. Service and cost couldn't have been better.
