The quality and freshness are stellar, my wife and I brought macarons home that we purchased Friday morning, they weren't sampled until approx 36 hours later surviving the trip from Cannes to NJ. My daughter whom we bought them for was ecstatic. I noticed many locals purchasing treats and bread so I believe my wife and I chose the right store. By the time I was able to sit down and eat them an hour or two later, the lemon tart was a bit melted but still delicious. It was a nice balance between sweet and tart and I really enjoyed the meringue drops that decorated the base. The pistachio dessert was also really nice and had some very unique flavours. There are a bunch of delicious looking candies and cookies that are enticing even to me, who doesn't have a sweet tooth. Everything is beautifully displayed and plastic gloves are available for the customers to handle the merchandise. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Everything you buy is put into beautiful tin boxes or cans. All of this come at a price; things in this little shop are not cheap.
