I thought it was an odd suggestion because my car was very clean with no damage, but was desperate and took their advice. Noah explained to me that the car looked dull and how they could help. Years of driving through the local car wash to save time made my paint look awful. Not having the inside cleaned regularly or ever detailed made it musty able dull as well. I was just so used to it I didn't realize. I needed to ask, but I didn't want to invest too much and lose money. Noah explained the value of the different services he had to offer and gave me options. In the end, I chose to have a full interior/ exterior detail and added a few extra services to make the car smell better and add value by doing the ceramic coating. When Noah delivered the car back to me, we couldn't believe the difference! I almost wanted to keep it again! I relisted the car with new photos Noah provided for me himself, and sold the car within a week for more than my original asking price, not losing a dime in the process! I look over and my dash around my vent is cracked and bulging in 2 places where the detailer tried to pry the vent out (some vents pop out) to clean it. My vents don't pop out. The vent was jammed to one side and the dash around it cracked in 2 places. I called the shop and got the Ol' "it was like that when we got it" . Seriously?! Besides the damage very poor detail. Huge swaths of dash that were missed. Hit and miss on the exterior shine. Some pieces got it some didn't. From when I was there It looks like these guys hire kids to do their details with very little experience. If you value your car at all DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE

Quoted interior at $120 and Full Package at $225, saying it takes him about 4-6 hours for inside and out bc he "DETAIL details" it... Charged me $275 total for just the interior AND used scented products after I explicitly explained we needed scent free due to autoimmune conditions. Details: I asked the price, he presented it at $120/interior, $225 full package. I immediately ask what does $225/full package mean and he said: Complete interior, complete exterior, engine bay, wheels tires and wheel wells cleaned and shined with a 3 month wax. Typically spend 4-6hrs on a vehicle. So they're DETAILED detailed. Then he tries to act like it took him SIX WHOLE mitherloving hours to do what? Clean rubber mats and condition seats? Absolute freaking not. That is a complete crock of crap. There were ZERO stains. None. Zip. Zilch. There was no mud, no crackers smashed int carpet anywhere. No nothing. I mean NOTHING. It was a verrrry easy vacuum job at best. If anything took time it was clipping my nails in the front seat and he said that wasn't even a problem. Or maybe getting tiny crumbs out of crevices where the gear shift is. MAYBE. I don't ever have passengers, aside from my own daughter, so the entire passenger side stays spotless. Im kinda OCD, and even if she dropped a french fry- i pick that up. We dont live in a barn! Lol He didn't clean the splatter i mentioned to him in text (on the ceiling) at all. It's all still very much there. So what did he do for 6 freaking hours?! Power wash rubber mats and condition my seats???? Imagine my shock when I text him 6 hours later expecting that full package to be close to finished like he said- and he's like "oh I just finished the interior" after having my car ALL DAY. and then he's like "275" all a sudden when he goes to charge me after telling me the FULL PACKAGE was $225. I'm honestly boiling that I didn't take "before" pics myself. Lesson freaking learned. Had my car for 6 HOURS!!! And only managed to do the interior and is saying it is $275. I confront him about it and he argues w me and tries to get away w it. Nah. You're wrong buddy
