I have been a Galaxy member for 4 plus years paying my monthly charge and mostly enjoying the service. After finishing with the wipe down of my car I noticed that the tires were not clean. I asked for the manager to let him know his tire cleaner was broken. He didn't understand what I was saying and it turned out that he was confused because I said wheel cleaner. Anyway I was corrected and he wanted to see my car. I was told it depends on what kind of a membership I had. I told him I pay $40.00 a month. He had to check my tag first. Mind you I wasn't looking for anything! I told the manager I didn't like the way he was talking to me. Then the situation got out of control! I have never been treated so badly. I have a concern that my vehicle has many scratches, I have read that automatic car washes can do that

i bought a single car wash and was told for that same $25.00 I could have unlimited for a month. I told the attendant I did not want automatic renewal. He said I would have to go to the website to renew. One month later a $40.00 charged appeared on my account. I logged in to the website site and told them to cancel and reimburse the $40.00. The "subscription" did cancel, but no refund of the $40.00. I would have been happy to continue, but the washes are spotty on the highest tier wash. No thanks! read more

Love that they are the friendliest car wash company around and that they are locally owned by Jim Nelson same one that owns the Mazda and Nissan dealerships.. Also the best car wash period! Went here for the first time as my Q was out of this world filthy from the salt and sand on the roads. The place was super busy, but everything moved pretty quickly. The touch screen is pretty straightforward and easy to use. The prices are a little higher than some other places, but looking at my car now, it's definitely worth! I opted for the $10 wash, and my car looks amazing! I also really like that there's a big screen as you enter the wash showing the guide lines for you need to be within. Free vacuum stations with complimentary microfiber rags to put the finishing touches on your car. Used to be a great car wash. It has been going downhill steadily. Fewer and fewer spinning brushes are working and when they aren't working properly they hit the car with such force that it shakes the vehicle. I have 4 cars on the monthly plan which was a great deal. Now I just fear damage to my cars due to their lack of maintenance. They clearly post that they are not responsible for damage even if it is their fault. Beware! read more

Quite possibly the worst car wash I ever received. Took our Honda CRV through and the wash and it did nothing to clean the front end or rear. The rear wasn't even wet. Complained and went through a 2nd time and still back end was dirty. Oh, and they we're out of tire shine but still charged for it. Spoke to manager and received a full refund. Best place I've ever taken my car to get washed! The employees are all very professional and kind. The prices are very reasonable. The entrance to the wash has a nice feature where you can see on a big screen where your vehicle is and if it needs to be moved left or right to enter the car wash correctly. It does a great job getting the car cleaned. After the wash, you can vacuum your car, free of charge....and they are strong vacuums!What I love most is the clean cloths they provide next to the vacuums. You can easily wipe down the outside and inside of your vehicle and make it look great and streak-free! The only part that doesn't get as clean is my front grill...but that seems to be the case most places I go. Other than that, I love that I found this place! Highly recommend to everyone! read more

I highly encourage you not to take your car to the Launch Car Wash. They always pack the cars in really close. The name is fitting because it launched the car behind me into me and the manager told me it was my fault because "in the camera, the light had technically started flashing green and you should have pulled forward. It would be considered your fault and there's nothing we can do about it" even though I wasn't even close to the end of the car wash and there was still water on my windshield and I couldn't see the lights. I mentioned that and he said "you must've had your car in park then"....my car is a manual transmission. I don't have a "park" to put it in. To which his response was "well, I don't know, but it's technically your fault because of the green light." I've been a member for 3 months and this is the first time it's happened to me, but I've witnessed it happen two other times. Thankfully there's not enough damage to notice unless you look really close, but I don't want someone else having significant damage to their car in the same situation. read more

Automatic car wash, we are done with them. we have to run the car through 2 and 3 times to get all the bugs off. They only prewash drivers side so when you get in and out it looks OK, (just OK) meanwhile the passenger side is border line terrible. location is very convenient, poor service and quality overrides location. we have moved on. read more

At the end of the wash, while my vehicle was still on the conveyor belt in neutral, it was pushed into the back of a truck. The bump was very slight and the other driver then drove away as a Launch Car Wash attendant looked on. I was not sure if the contact was severe enough to cause damage until I pulled into the vacuum area. Once I inspected the damage I spoke with the car wash manager who then reviewed a recording of the incident and informed me that management would be contacting me within a day. The car wash never followed up with me, which forced me to drive back to their site to follow up on the incident. They now claim that it was a hit and run because the other driver was fully off the conveyor system and did not respond to the light system in time to move out of the way. However, they refuse to let me see the video and although they did agree to send the video to my insurance agent, they have yet to do so. They also shared with me the other drivers license plate number and name. In my opinion it was Launch Car Wash who is responsible as the attendant loaded my car too close to the vehicle in front of me (approximately 12"). This resulted in the other driver not having sufficient time to react to the green light system and place their vehicle in drive to clear the exit area in a timely manor. The manager also admitted to me that they have been having problems with their safety systems which is supposed to detect these issues and shut the conveyor down before there is any contact between vehicles. read more
