Highly recommend this salon if you have an Aussie! I have been searching for a great dog groomer for 2 years, and had yet to find one in Colorado before finding Bubbles N Bows. The last one I went to shaved my Mini Australian Shepherd, which looked cute, after I specifically asked for her to not be shaved. My dog is a sweetheart to groom and very easy (former dog groomer's assistant here), so I expect that she is done to a good standard. Bubbles N Bows from the get-go was exceptional. Value we recently moved to the Ft Lupton area. Have been using another groomer since moving to Colorado and we were a bit apprehensive about switching. The drive from our groomer to Ft Lupton was a bit more then we wanted to make. After much thought we decided to try bubbles and bows. The groom itself was great. my poor guy however is in quite a bit of pain after a few knicks. I guess the most upsetting part is not even being told about them and finding out on our own. We called vet, got him in and he's a "cone head" for the next few days due to some "hot spots" was given some ointment to help. We will be going back our first groomers, the 45 minute drive is definitely worth it for the peace of mind and honesty. we actually followed up with our vet several days after this visit because it appeared the "hotspots" were getting worse, even with a cone and were given antibiotics and steroids because they were infected. I would not recommend bubbles and bows and have been spreading the word (word of mouth to neighbors and friends) we are taking our pups back to wag n wash in Broomfield. The one girl i liked there she stayed a month and left. This company charge went up by twenty bucks !!! When I asked why the rate increase. She said due to the cost of gas her groomers need to get to work ! I thought I'm not paying for someone else's gas to go to work !!! I stop going there. read more

We have been taking our long haired German Shepherd here for years, and she has always gotten great grooming. She is a wonderful dog and cooperative but needs some extra time now as she has gotten older. About a year ago, the grooming became very unsatisfactory, but I decided to bring her back a week ago. I told the owner twice I did NOT want her shaved. When I went to pick her up, she was shaved with scissor cuts all around her head and ears and tail and feet, and the charges were excessive. The past two times the owner has blamed my dog for their unacceptable work. In fact, it was almost deliberately poor because she is old, and for a hundred bucks to boot. read more

I have been taking my dog, Tala, a Husky/Aussie to Bubbles N Bows for a couple years now. She is a 80 lbs hairball with a double coat who screams the entire time she is being groomed. In short, my baby dog is a hot mess...literally because she has so much hair. The groomers at Bubbles N Bows have taken such good care of her and somehow managed every time to get her extra thick fluff under control. I took my dog here on two occasions, the first time I was disappointed to the fact my dog was dehydrated and scared when I went to pick him up. I got home and I noticed he was licking one of his legs, and when I took a look he had a really nasty cut. The second time i couldn't find a groomer who would have the time to get him groomed so I went back to this place which I really regret so much. For one I asked his hair not to be cut so low because of the weather. Not only was it cut so low there was certain uneven parts where his hair was longer. He was also dehydrated and scared, AND he had another cut again, my dog isn't neutered so I noticed one of his balls was cut and another cut on his penis. I took him to the vet( payed even more for their mistakes) cuz the wounds were really red and swollen. Turns out they had gotten infected from a blade cut. I got the antibiotics and ointment for him but be careful. Always check your pet before paying and leaving the place !! read more

Great staff! I love how patient my groomer, Terri, was with my fur baby. He is old and not easy to groom. I was recommented by my vet to visit Terri because I was told she'd treat my old boy just like he's one of hers and it's true. I stopped by to see how things were going and she wasn't quite finished, which was ok! My little guy wasn't stressed or anxious and she finished up his feet and nails, not making him bleed, which was a welcomed change from the horrible service I received from another groomer in Brighton. I have been going here for grooming of my Shit zu for over 3 years. They have done an ok job. I did not want to switch groomers even after moving to Greeley. I was very disappointed in her last grooming. She was uneven from literally head to tail. When I called to complain, I was told they would just write my complaint on my card and let the groomer Ashley know. How about my inconvenience? They had no respect for my disappointment. Wouldn't recommend taking your pet here unless you want HORRIBLE customer service! During COVID-19 I was looking for a local business to support instead of waiting to go to Petsmart for my Maltese's normal groom. When the shop called to tell me my dog was ready to be picked up the employee asked how long I'd be because "he was really nervous"... strange I thought since he gets groomed regularly. Upon arriving to pick up my dog I was greeted by "great you here to pick up Dash because he sh*t five times while he was here". The girl who brought him up proceeded to tell me she had to bathe him four times and that she recommended taking him to a vet since there was blood in his stool. After being attacked, right when I walked in, I paid (with the owner) and quickly left. After recapping they situation I called the shop to let them know that if he was sick they should have called me on the first.. second ... third time he had an accident. Not to mention what customer facing employee telling someone their dog sh*t all over is ever acceptable?!?!? The owner was receptive and apologized and to boot said she heard the interaction and had addressed it after I left. Well she should have had the courtesy to apologize when I was still in the store for her employees acting like I knowingly took my dog there to pay $55 for him to sh*t all over!! Do yourself a favor and don't come here!! If god forbid your dog get sick if you'll be stoned upon entering!! read more
