Other builders might be cheaper, or offer a set of options that are more to your liking, but I would suggest starting with these guys. Pretty much any builder is going to do a reasonably good job on your project; I mean, it's not like that one company will be using roofing nails flown in from Switzerland or anything, right? What counts is what happens when you are deep into the project and you decide you want extra power outlets someplace, or you want something really off-the-wall-custom. That's why I am happy with their work so far. Quality work. Reasonable price.
