All of my concerns were put to rest after consulting with Dr. Rachel Madden, DMD, MD. After performing a full scan of my teeth, she identified one impacted wisdom tooth and another on the opposite side that was "crowding" my second molar. She recommended removing both bottom wisdom teeth. The procedure was handled professionally and completed within an hour of my arrival. Assisted by Meggan and Emily, Dr. Madden performed the in-office procedure with zero pain and the utmost care. I received thorough, detailed aftercare instructions, along with a "goody bag" of useful necessities, and three prescriptions that were already filled by the time I arrived at the pharmacy. I even received a follow-up call from APEX later that afternoon to check on my recovery. Recovery has been smooth and successful. Less than 36 hours later, I feel almost back to normal. APEX Oral Surgery has my highest recommendation. If they handled routine dentistry, they'd be my new primary dentist.

They said they don't accept our insurance even though NHOMS was listed by our insurance. They said that this particular office doesn't accept it and we would have to file the claims ourself. No big deal. Then 2 weeks later I start getting letters from my insurance company that NHOMS submitted a claim, and they were sending them a check after I paid for everything out of my own pocket. Again, the procedural part was fantastic however the headache caused by them telling me to submit a claim and them doing it anyway has left a bad taste in my mouth, no pun intended.

They have given me the run around and the office and office manager don't know how to do their job correctly and telling me they never received payment from anyone (even though I had check numbers from myself, my insurance company and cash out dates). I don't know what kind morons they hire to process their claims but beware they are shady and good luck trying to get your money back from them. Since that fateful day, I have gone back every time I needed a filling (okay, fillings. Lots of fillings) or any other dental problems I've had over the years. I also really need to mention why I returned time and time again: everyone here is a fabulous and friendly person! For me, someone who is quite a pain at the dentist and makes their job 10x harder, they try to make me as comfortable as they can and work with me to get the job done. I'm actually very sad that I no longer live in New Hampshire because it means that I have to find a new dentist. My heart is still broken because I miss the beautiful faces of Krothapalli Family Dental. But I thought I could heal by writing them an excellent review, which I told them I would do at my last appointment back in May. This is, in my super professional opinion, the best dentist's office in the entire world (at least for me).
