Outdoor fun: we had a chance to walk the Raptor trial, visit the marina and public swim areas. Great spot for family, friends or a work retreat. The staff are friendly and the space is welcoming. Mid-point of the lake, restaurants/marina/conscience close. I would rather give a 2.5 star rating, however I'm optimistic and rounded up. Pros: location, friendly staff, kids liked the play and games area, plenty of space, comfortable beds. Cons: broken light fixtures/exposed wire, mildewed shower and curtain, mildewed-smelling towels, ants in kitchen and bathroom, melted tv due to its location above fireplace, dead bugs in light fixtures, grimy fans, ripped carpet, several burned out light bulbs. With some regularly scheduled maintenance and cleaning schedule, these issues could be resolved. However we won't be staying there again.
