We had called and spoke to Brett who said he'd come out in an hr.. He was there in 45 min and took care of our issue within an hr.. To have someone come out, spur of the moment to help us on a Friday late afternoon with beautiful weather when I'm sure all he wanted to do was to start his weekend was very much appreciated.
