On the face of it, there isn't anything special about the place, but if you're ever looking for anything related to door hardware, or just need keys cut, I definitely recommend you take a closer look. The business I work for is located in Toronto, but since I live north of the city, I happened upon their website while looking for somewhere to get keys cut. After seeing they sold a lot of stuff I use at work on their website, I decided to drop in and ask a few questions to see if I could get many of the things I need on an ongoing basis. Turns out they do, and I've been frequenting the place ever since. Not only is ordering items easy: You can order online, email in an order, or call one in - and can either have your items shipped, or go and pick them up from the store (right away if they're a stock item, or a couple of days later if they're not), but the customer service here is second to none. Peter goes out of his way to try and be helpful, and to ensure you get exactly what you want. I've also benefited from Peter's diagnostic skills more than once. Whether I've brought in a broken piece of hardware, showed him pics of something on my phone, or emailed a video in, he always helps out where he can, and gives help and advice that have more than once proved both correct and valuable. I will definitely continue to frequent this place, and if you're in need of anything related to door hardware, I suggest you check it out.

Many, many delivery dates missed without imforming the customer the delays. I would find out only when I chased them for an answer. Your paying for a premium product, its not. Handles, cover plates have come off. I had to beg for a handle that was not delivered. Already I have a leaking window and a broken window, which displays no reasons for it to be broken. Let's see how they deal with resolving these issue.....more to come. The only good part of the experience was the installers, led by Mick I would not recommend this company to anyone!
