After using their product for years, spending thousands of dollars (yes, I'm that guy), I was excited when I drove past their distribution facility off the 15 freeway on my way North through Utah. So excited in fact, that I made it my mission to stop by when I drove back through Utah one week later on my way back to Los Angeles. After realizing the HQ is right there in American Fork, I dropped by to see what HQ was like. They had a small retail store off to the side with an amazing selection. Unfortunately, that is where the excitement stopped. I know it's a business, their headquarters, but the people there just sucked. Did not want to acknowledge anybody and seemed disappointed that they had to end their scrolling to checkout a customer. I'll stick to online ordering from the company. read more

Bucked Up has the worst customer service I've encountered. When I received my order there were a couple of items missing. That's usually not an issue and certainly not rare with a large order. The strangeness came when I contacted Bucked Up's customer service. They blamed me, claiming that I didn't "check the box." I did in fact check that box along with several others required to complete the order. After three attempts to resolve it with them, they're still refusing to make it right. Been a fan of Bucked Up drinks since I saw them hitting the shelves at the store and only recently I found out that their headquarters is in American Fork, Utah! Id driven past it on I-15 multiple times and I didn't even see it! In my defense, eyes on the road okay? I made it a point to drop by their retail store after work one day and was glad I did. They have all the newer drops right there in store, like their latest energy drink flavor, Sour Gummy Bear. I was able to get a couple cans of energy drinks, some BCAA powder in Strawberry Mojito flavor, and pre-workout as well. The strawberry mojito flavor BCAA is so good. I just mix it with water and enjoy it over ice. Its all the nutrition with the flavor of a balmy beach turn up. What's more is the Bucked Up line has other merchandise for sale as well. This includes clothes, seasonings for food, coffee creamer, and more. It's a interesting business model, and I think it complements Utah's active lifestyle nicely, while serving the broader market outside of the state. I tend to stick to the energy drinks in the cans, and so far haven't had a flavor I don't like. One of my favorites is the Orchard Blend, which tastes like, to me, white gummy bear. They offer low stim (low caffeine) and no stim (no caffeine) cans and powders as well. Sometimes I don't want to wreck my body with 300+ mg of caffeine so those options are great to have. As always do your own research before delving into supplements and such as a lot of these are just packed with all kinds of things. Oh Bucked Up, why do you have to taste so damn delicious and yet have at least one unfortunate ingredient with unfortunate consequences?! Deer Antler Velvet is No Bueno! I was a Bucked Up Believer for quite some time and was sold Dear Antlet Velvet Spray at a nearby store by a seductress who I'm certain had never used it before. It promised enhanced performance, recovery, endurance, and thicker chest hair etc. I followed the label and would spray six sprays under my tongue post workout. Well friends, after a decreased libido, flaccid penis, enlarged and tender areoles(aka manboobs) I was left wondering where I had gone wrong with my life. I went to a very sketchy testosterone clinic who stated that I was at or above the appropriate testosterone level. He also offered to write me a script that had some very enticing promises which I hesitantly declined. No more substances of foreign origin in my body that sound cool but I don't know what they actually do. I went through all of my medications trying to determine if one of them was the culprit. I determined it was Lexapro, quit it cold turkey, and almost fought a 70yo man the next day. I'm not proud of this and yet still dislike the man months later. Needless to say, the problem persisted. I started looking at my supplements and came across a physicians response to a plea of an 18yo who was experiencing all of the same issues that I was, and deer antler velvet was to blame! This physician mentions that deer antler velvet increases the amount of estrogen in one's body four fold and he counseled the young lad to toss it and leave the velvet with the deer. Since discontinuing the spray and pre-workout, my breast tissue is decreasing(albeit one areola remains tender), my manhood has been more attentive and my interest has increased! I have thrown the spray away and have four tubs of Bucked Up that I will no longer use in the pantry. Guys, gals, and undecideds, Bucked Up gets its name from the antler velvet. I had fallen for delicious flavors, clever marketing, and empty promises of greatness. I got more than I bargained for in the breast and less than I bargained for in the bedroom. Learn of me, unless you are looking for a gender transformation, no judgement. I have reverted back to C4 as I trust the ingredients will do me more favors than harm. read more

As much as I love their products. They honestly have to have the worse customer service I have ever dealt with. Every time I order from them there's an issue with my order. Whether it's me not receiving my order bc of fedex being unable to deliver it and then basically saying you're out of luck bc I didn't pay the "shipping insurance". Now that I have the shipping insurance I recently placed an order and for some reason my old city was input in the shipping address and I immediately contacted them to let them know that the city was wrong and I get a response we can update it for a fee. Are you kidding me? I just bought 150 dollars worth of supplements and you're going to nickel and dime me to death bc of an error? Not to mention all of their products are overpriced on their website you can get everything cheaper at your local store. As much as I love these products I've come to terms as a consumer it's not worth the hassles I deal with every time I order from them. I work to hard for my money to be nickle and dimed. Basically if you don't pay the extra money for safe shipping they can say it was "delivered" and not deliver your items and steal your money. If you don't pay for that protection it's not their fault and they won't do anything about it. I checked the security cameras at my building and it never was delivered like I was told. Pretty stupid policy. They should care about their products getting to everyone not ask for money to make sure it does. Great money scheme. read more

Although Bucked Up does provide a decent product it fails to deliver customer service. I have been attempting to get in contact with Customer Service for days now. They do not answer their phones or reply back to emails which is extremely frustrating considering they are quick to over charge you and take your money. I highly recommend you do not order from them for you are in for a headache if you need to get in contact with customer service.
