I really would like to give this place a minus. Front desk is incredibly rude, I was attempting to make an appointment. The person I was speaking with was nothing but rude. I personally love my doctor at this office. Dr. Rian has always been very nice and friendly and has listened to what I have to say.

I didn't even want to give this place ONE star. They have zero sense of urgency & take over 10 minutes to just get you checked in! They're never on time for the appointment time you have scheduled. If you come here, plan to be here for a couple hours. Also, they cannot keep a consistent Doctor. read more

Even though their website says they've accepting new patients, they're not. Makes me wonder what the quality of care will be when they keep you on hold for 15 minuets just to hear their website is inaccurate. read more

We've had three appointment cancellations in the last six months or so. These cancellations are always the day of, or just before close the day prior. These have been every single initially scheduled appointment with several months in advance notice. First, if I recall correctly, we were given a vague reason for the cancellation. Personal reasons. The second time there was a family emergency. The third time was even more extreme. I'm an understanding and empathetic person, but this practice has shown a pattern of being unable to follow through with a simple appointment. They should understand that patients often have to call off of work well in advance just to work these types of appointments in. When you take that day away from them, they have to YET AGAIN schedule another day off in many cases. Who's going to foot the bill? The patient. Every time. I can honestly say, I just expect appointments to be cancelled THE DAY OF at this point. This is absolutely ridiculous and I'm very surprised with how little the practice has done to accommodate. For what it's worth, the staff is generally very great. The LPN on staff for the appointments has been wonderful. The front desk, with few exceptions, is very professional and relatively timely with taking patients in. Hopefully things will turn around for this practice. read more
