This clown wrecked my home and didn't even finish the job! Please Please do not hire this dope addict goon!!! He is either a con artist or a very stupid incompetent worker. Joshua Postell was hired to scrape my popcorn ceilings and remove wall paper and paint the interior of my house before moving in. He never put tarp down and completely wrecked the house and didn't clean up after himself. The contract we had said 3 weeks and after 5 weeks and many excuses he didn't even have 50% of the job done. Turns out he only worked a few hours in the middle of the night here and there. I also found beer bottles in the trash so that tells you what type of contractor he is. His workmanship is garbage, he got paint everywhere and ruined my new kitchen sink. He stole my stepladder also, and my vacuum cleaner! I should have known by the prison tattoos this guy was a bozo.
